Free help for migrants in Berlin
Voluntarily and costless I help people who have moved to Berlin with finding a job or who has problems with jobcenter issues. I also assist with filling in forms for example for the jobcenter, creating a great German CV, and with motivation letters for job applications. I´ll act as a German-English translator for you and on your behalf also I will support you there in your discussions for example with the sometimes unfriendly talking jobcenter officers for to help you achieve your goals. I feel it´s like a big satisfaction for me to help. I was a professional training and job finding a coach in Berlin and also a teacher of application training. During this time, it became clear to me that it can be painstakingly difficult for migrants to get the help they need to get settled in Germany, particularly as the systems are not straightforward and there is little you can achieve without a deep knowledge of the German language. Now that no longer I´m an application trainer, with pleasure I spend my time doing this work voluntarily, for free. I enjoy interacting with people from all over the world, and it gives me a lot of pleasure to be able to help people with these bureaucratic issues that can be very complicated to navigate for people who are not familiar with the German system and who don’t speak German fluently. I have helped hundreds of people voluntarily over the past 9 years and have so many happy clients, as you can see from the many comments people have left after receiving my help.
